1. What Vektor Labs is

Vektor Labs is a research tool for NFL player props. We publish statistical and analytical information: historical results, probability distributions produced by our own model, and context about how the market has priced a given player.

Using the service means you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use it.

2. What Vektor Labs is not

• ·We are not a sportsbook, a gambling operator, or a betting agent. You cannot place a bet through us and we never handle wagers.
• ·We do not give betting recommendations, picks, plays, or tips.
• ·We do not guarantee any outcome. Our own testing found no reliable edge against sportsbook closing lines, and we publish that finding.
• ·Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Any decision you make with our data is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it.

3. Who may use it

You must be of legal betting age where you live — at least 18, and 21 in many U.S. states — and it must be lawful for you to access sports-betting information there. You are responsible for knowing your local law. You must give accurate account information and keep your login secure.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

• ·New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to begin the trial.
• ·Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe (standard $9.99/mo; the first 100 members lock $4.99/mo for as long as their subscription stays active).
• ·Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• ·You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• ·We may change prices for future billing periods with notice. Locked founding-member pricing is honoured while the subscription remains active.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute our data in bulk. Don’t share your account. Don’t present our output as a betting recommendation or as anyone’s endorsement. Don’t attempt to breach or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

6. Accuracy and availability

Our data comes from third-party sources and our own model. Both can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. We publish sample sizes and known miscalibration on our calibration page precisely because the numbers have limits. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vektor Labs is not liable for gambling losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Responsible gambling

Sports betting carries real financial risk and can be addictive. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, call 1-800-GAMBLER (available 24/7, free and confidential) or visit ncpgambling.org.

9. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located there.
