Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what we need to run your account and nothing else. We don’t run ad trackers, we don’t set cross-site cookies, and we don’t sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

What we collect

  • AccountYour email address, and your name if you provide one through sign-in.
  • SubscriptionYour plan, status, and trial dates. Billing itself lives with Stripe.
  • UsageBasic request logs from our hosting providers, and how many chat queries you've used against your daily limit.
  • ChatThe questions you type into research chat, so we can answer them.

Who processes it

We use a small number of third-party services. Each one is listed here with what it sees:

Clerk · Authentication

Your name, email address, and — if you use Google sign-in — the basic profile Google returns. Clerk stores your credentials; we never see your password.

Stripe · Payments

Card details go directly to Stripe. We never see, handle, or store card numbers. We keep only a Stripe customer ID so your billing portal opens.

Anthropic · Research chat

If you use the chat, your questions are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Don't type anything into chat you wouldn't want processed by a third party.

Railway / Vercel · Hosting

Our backend and website run on their infrastructure; they process standard server request logs.

What we don’t do

  • ·No advertising trackers, pixels, or cross-site cookies.
  • ·No selling or renting your personal information.
  • ·No storing card numbers — ever. Stripe handles payment data.
  • ·No sharing your identity with sportsbooks or affiliates.

Cookies and storage

We use only what makes the site work: a session cookie from Clerk to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember your access token between visits. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your account exists. Ask us to delete it and we will, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing privacy@vektorlabs.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under the CCPA or GDPR); we apply these practices to everyone regardless.

Age and responsible gambling

This service is for adults of legal betting age and is not directed at children; we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Sports betting carries real financial risk. If gambling is causing harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. See also our disclaimer.
